FSM was founded in 2002 by Jack Deering, an Air Force veteran who worked for another commercial janitorial company after retiring from the Air Force. Jack built a great company with a reputation for strong communication, professionally trained personnel and rapid client response. In early 2021, at the age of 73, Jack sold the business to Brian Cross who is also an Air Force veteran as well as an Air Force Academy graduate and former A-10 pilot. Brian has continued Jack’s focus on professionalism as well as rapid response and strong communication with FSM clients. He and Jack remain in touch with Jack providing continued guidance and advice.
At FSM, we are committed to helping you achieve safe and professionally cleaned facilities so you can focus on more pressing business matters. The process is simple — it includes scheduling an onsite visit to familiarize our team with your property followed by working hand in hand to develop a detailed scope of work and prompt delivery of an equally detailed pricing proposal. We also schedule a formal review within 30 to 45 days of the beginning of services to make sure your unique needs are being met.

It’s about what you want and need. Your situation is unique and there is no “one size fits all” answer. We will work with you to create a solution that best fits your needs just like we did with one of our clients who requested two full-time cleaning techs to accommodate their growth. After reviewing their needs, we advised them that they only needed one full and one part-time tech for the next six months, thereby saving them the extra cost, and only later scaled our services to provide two full-time techs when their growth required it.

At FSM, we know there are times when serious events occur unexpectedly and help is needed right away. For example, at one of the bank branches we service, the staff arrived on a Monday morning only to find their lobby covered by 3/4 inch of water. We were able to arrive on site in less than 30 minutes with commercial fans and water extraction equipment and got the problem solved.
